At AeroGo, we take great pride in the quality of our Products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your BLDC motor purchase, you may return it to us within 4 days of receipt of the product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the product (excluding shipping charges). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please note that custom orders are non-returnable, and shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.
